Overview

Based on a version by Tim Supple, this adaptation was first staged atJohannesburg's Market Theatre in 2008. This new adaptation is a piece of dynamic storytelling which, like the original stories, has allegoricalresonances, this time with present-day South Africa. Generosity of spirittriumphs over meanness: a dose of good medicine in these tough times.
