Overview

Billy and a strange trio of animals—the Giraffe, the Pelly and the Monkey, known as 'The Ladderless Window-Cleaning Company'—set off to clean the many windows at the Duke of Hampshire's house, and have a tense encounter with cat burglar 'Cobra' Clive.
