Once Upon a Seashore

The beach of a family holiday resort serves as a background against which are followed the lives of Josephine and Arthur Sinclair from teen-age until after the latter's death. The resort to which they come with unfailing regularity every year witnesses the comedy and tragedy, the laughter and tears, the everyday quarrels and deep underlying affection of two so-called 'ordinary, typical' people and their little family.
