Summary
In an attractive mountain stronghold lying above an exceptionally ugly town, a team of architects lives and works. They are planning a radical restoration of the village that is a soulless, characterless drawing board monstrosity. The residents protest but are met with arrogance from the authorities. After a phase of apparent acquiescence comes a rude awakening.
